The Role
As a Microbiology Specialist, you will be responsible for building, executing, and maintaining the systems that ensure sterility and safety across all our GMP-manufactured products. You will play a central role in microbial monitoring and in-house method validation as we expand clinical production.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and validate in-house microbiological testing methods (e.g. sterility, mycoplasma)
Manage environmental monitoring programs and trending
Support routine batch release testing as needed
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure GMP compliance
Maintain cleanroom microbial control protocols
Assist with audit readiness and regulatory inspections
What We’re Looking For
Degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or related life science
Hands-on lab experience with microbial testing in a GMP or regulated setting
Familiarity with sterility and mycoplasma test methods
Strong documentation and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently
