The Role

As a Microbiology Specialist, you will be responsible for building, executing, and maintaining the systems that ensure sterility and safety across all our GMP-manufactured products. You will play a central role in microbial monitoring and in-house method validation as we expand clinical production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and validate in-house microbiological testing methods (e.g. sterility, mycoplasma)

  • Manage environmental monitoring programs and trending

  • Support routine batch release testing as needed

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure GMP compliance

  • Maintain cleanroom microbial control protocols

  • Assist with audit readiness and regulatory inspections

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in microbiology, biotechnology, or related life science

  • Hands-on lab experience with microbial testing in a GMP or regulated setting

  • Familiarity with sterility and mycoplasma test methods

  • Strong documentation and analytical skills

  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently
