We are focused on treating high-burden inflammatory conditions with precision cell/gene and exosome-based therapeutics. Our pipeline includes mesenchymal stromal cells for systemic inflammation, chondrocyte-based products for orthopedic repair, and exosome formulations for the wellness and skincare markets. We operate under a licensed tissue establishment and GMP-ready manufacturing facility. We’ve launched a multicenter clinical trial for Acute Kidney Injury across five EU countries. We're scaling rapidly toward global commercialization, with strategic plans across Europe, the Gulf, Asia, and North America.
The Role
This is a strategic finance position with direct impact on how we grow, expand, and sustain momentum. You’ll be responsible for establishing and managing robust financial systems across our group structure, ensuring compliance with grant obligations, and building a finance function ready for global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across all subsidiaries
Oversee compliance and reporting for public grants
Design and implement systems that support financial control and future audits
Collaborate on tax, legal, and financial structuring across jurisdictions
Manage cash flow, cost tracking, and grant drawdown planning
Support future funding rounds, including investor reporting and due diligence preparation
Help prepare for financial scaling, licensing deals, or exits
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or strategic accounting
Experience in a biotech, deep-tech, or high-growth, multi-entity environment
Deep understanding of EU grants, R&D finance, and cross-border operations
Comfortable with building processes from scratch and improving existing systems
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
You thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and care about meaningful innovation
Advantages
Familiarity with Horizon Europe, EIC Accelerator, or other EU funding frameworks
Experience working with CFOs, auditors, and legal teams in international contexts
Knowledge of financial software tools and ERP systems
