The Role
As an Exosome Production Specialist, you will manufacture and concentrate exosome-based products used in both therapeutic and cosmetic applications.
You’ll work within a GMP or cleanroom environment to ensure consistency, sterility, and batch reproducibility. Your work will directly contribute to premium wellness products entering global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and concentrate exosome batches using protocols (tangential flow filtration, diafiltration
Operate cleanroom equipment and follow aseptic workflows
Perform in-process checks and coordinate batch QC with internal teams
Maintain batch documentation, logs, and cleanroom records
Collaborate with quality and commercial teams to meet demand and compliance
Support product development efforts for new formulations
Assist with tech transfer and scale-up activities for B2B partners
What We’re Looking For
Degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field
Hands-on experience in a cleanroom or bioproduction setting
Familiarity with cell culture, centrifugation, filtration, or protein handling
Knowledge of GMP practices and production documentation
Detail-oriented, process-focused, and reliable under routine operations
Interest in regenerative skincare, wellness, or biologics
